I studied sugarwork/floral sugarwork,icing techniques and cake design and decoration at Bournemouth College...
My catering experience also comes from being involved in a family run business,a health food shop and restaurant ,i gained knowledge and training in nutrition,restaurant and business management.
I also enjoy experimenting with new ingredients and have perfected my cake recipes to accomodate allergy sufferers...creating my own allergy friendly cakes...These have become very popular..
I have always had a passion for baking ,and have also studied commercial art and design,i have been able to bring these elements together to create beautiful ,tasty ,cakes...
I hold a level 2 certificate in food ,health and hygiene in catering.
I have been approved by the Enviromental Health Department,and hold a 5 star rating *****
